Renowned singer and multi-instrumentalist Aditya Prakash has released a new single titled “Anthem.” In this track, he plays the tambura swaramandal, an instrument traditionally used as a drone in Hindustani music. Prakash explores its versatility in this piece.
Regarding the song, Prakash states, “July is a month where we celebrate America with pomp, splendor, pride, and awe. But… I’m not sure what to say about this beautiful country anymore. My new song ‘Anthem’ kind of says it for me.”
Prakash performed, arranged, produced, sound designed, and mixed the track himself.
