The upcoming Flamenco Madrid festival, slated for 2023, will offer a unique and groundbreaking experience for aficionados of flamenco. On May 14th, the festival will commence with an array of activities designed for the entire family to enjoy. The festival’s organizers have meticulously crafted these events to appeal to a wide range of ages and interests.
Children, in particular, will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the rich world of flamenco through specially designed and engaging activities. For example, La Casa Encendida will host “El árbol del Flamenco,” an interactive and playful introduction to the art form. At Espacio Abierto Quinta de los Molinos, “El Torombo” will offer a flamenco compás workshop called “Un pasito al pie de la letra,” where children can learn to master the intricacies of flamenco rhythm step by step.
