Hailing from the scenic mountains of Sylva, North Carolina, siblings Summer & Bray celebrate fall with their new single, “Perfect Life” (Mountain Fever Records). The song features Summer McMahan on vocals, Brayden McMahan on banjo and vocals, Bryan McDowell on fiddle, Jeff Partin on dobro, Shaun Richardson on mandolin; Seth Taylor on guitar; Aaron Ramsey on bass; and Nick Falk on percussion.
“Brayden and I wrote a ‘Perfect Life’ as a tribute to our childhood and how we were raised,” explains Summer. “We had the most amazing grandparents and parents that raised us the right way. They taught us to work hard, respect others, respect them (even if it was a tough lesson in the moment), and be true to ourselves. We are so thankful for the life we’ve had! We know it’s not been “perfect,” but it’s been a wonderful life!”
Summer & Bray’s recent singles have achieved significant radio chart success, including “Wildlands,” “Heartbeat,” and “Never Gonna Let You Down.”
