Shakori Hills festival organizers have announced GrassRoots Live! at Shakori Hills: an intimate, Pod-based, socially-distanced, limited capacity series of one night concerts on the Meadow Stage at Shakori Hills that will begin on April 17 with Keller Williams and end on June 11 & 12 with Donna The Buffalo.
Working closely with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, festival producers have created a pod-based layout at Shakori Hills’ Meadow Stage allowing up to six (6) people in an 8 x 8 feet pod that is socially-distanced from other pods with masks and social distancing required everywhere in the venue other than each pod. “After much planning and discussion, we feel very confident in our plans to do our part in providing a safe live-music experience this spring and we hope to see you and your Pod there!“
This year’s Spring Shakori Festival had to be postponed to the Fall, October 7-10, 2021 due to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic.
