Gájanas (Echo), a northern Sámi ethno-progressive music band is set to release a new album titled Čihkkojuvvon (Hidden) on February 6, 2021. The group comes from the very north of Finland, the Inari-Utsjoki area.
The Gájanas sound presents a dialog between traditional and modern Sámi music. In addition, it emphasizes the strong connection of the Sámi people with nature.
