Folklore Urbano NYC has released “Black is Beautiful” with the support of El Museo del Barrio. “Black is Beautiful” is the first single of the album El Barrio Project-SALSA by the Folklore Urbano Orchestra.
The salsa song transports the listener to the heart of New York’s Hispanic neighborhood known as El Barrio. “Black is Beautiful” has a message of Global Unity, while paying tribute to the Afro-Latin and Hispanic musical legacy of this neighborhood and intending to inspire young people to continue connecting with their musical roots.
