In celebration of International Women’s Day 2020, pan-African superband Les Amazones d’Afrique have released the video for their latest single, ‘Queens’ on Sunday 8 March at 10am UK time.
The track appears on the band’s new album Amazones Power. ‘Queens’ gives a voice to women throughout the world, and Africa in particular, in their battle for gender equality and mutual respect. ‘Queens’ includes Malian singer Rokia Koné on lead vocals.
