The iconic Fillmore club in San Francisco, California has announced a Lakou Mizik and Preservation Hall Jazz Band double bill this New Year’s Eve, December 31, 2019. The event will bring together the music of Haiti and New Orleans as represented on the new Lakou Mizik album HaitiaNola.
Preservation Hall Jazz Band released So It Is in 2017, an album that incorporates Cuban, Afrobeat and other influences.
