The spectacular concerts titled ‘Flamenco Monumental’ will be held on December 12 and 13, 2015, at the Teatro Monumental in Madrid.
‘Flamenco Monumental’ are two outstanding and unique concerts with two different programs that feature singer José with Alfredo Lagos on guitar, Carmen Linares, Gerardo Núñez Trio and the dancer La Moneta, on Saturday December 12.
The artists featured on Sunday, December 13, include Martirio with Raul Rodriguez, Rocio Marquez with Miguel Angel Cortes, Juan Valderrama with Luis ‘Calderito’, Arcángel with Dani de Morón, and Trío Benavent, Pardo, Di Geraldo.
These concerts are the first initiatives of the project undertaken by flamenco curator Juan Verdú with his team to make Madrid once more the capital of flamenco.
