African music festival Sauti za Busara has announced that applications are now open for the 12th edition of Sauti za Busara. This is the opportunity to apply for a spot to perform at the 2015 festival. Sauti za Busara’s focus has always been on bringing African music under African skies.
This year in addition to the African Continent and its diaspora, Sauti za Busara also welcomes applications from the Gulf States including Oman, Yemen, Iran, as well as from the Indian Ocean region.
All artists have to complete the online application and send recordings to reach its office before 31 July 2014. The festival selection committee meets in August and all applicants are notified of outcomes by email during September.
