Sardinian Singer Franca Masu Releases Almablava Official Video

Renowned singer Franca Masu has a new music video with the title track from her new album Almablava (Felmay 2013). The song features Franca Masu on lead vocals, Fausto Beccalossi on accordion, Salvatore Maltana on double bass; Oscar Del Barba on piano, Alessandro Girotto on guitar; and Roger Soler on percussion.

Franca Masu is based in Alghero, in the island of Sardinia (Italy). She sings in various western Mediterranean languages. Almablava takes the listener to a blend of fado, tango, morna, bolero, Arabic and African influences infused with a jazz essence.
