Mahala Rai Banda to Perform at London’s East in East Festival

On Thursday, June 7th, Rich Mix in London will present the fast melodies of Romanian band Mahala Rai Banda. This is the same group that was featured all over the Borat soundtrack. The mighty Mahala Rai Banda is an explosive combination of Gypsy accordion and fiddle in the tradition of Johnny Depp favourites Taraf de Haidouks, and ex-Romanian military brass blowers in the line of Fanfare Ciocarlia. Plus DJ till late.

The Mahala Rai Banda concert is the only East in East Festival ticketed event.
