Egyptian Ensemble Zikrayat Added to globalFEST 2011 Line-Up

globalFEST 2011 has just announced that traditional Egyptian music ensemble Zikrayat will be rounding out the 13-artist lineup for this year’s festival.

With a mission to highlight the diversity of Arabic culture for mainstream Western audiences, Zikrayat alternates between vocal and instrumental pieces in an authentic, educational and entertaining manner.
