Friday, April 16th is the deadline for all WOMEX ’10 world music program proposal submissions: Showcase, Conference and Film Screenings. All showcase proposals have to be entered via the Sonicbids online process and this might need some extra time.
After having completed Step I of the proposal process (creation and submission of the online EPK through Sonicbids) the artist (or its representative) should receive a confirmation email stating “WOMEX submission received”. If you haven’t got this mail, the submission is not complete.
The second step is to send 2 CDs and any available DVDs/video material to the WOMEX office in Berlin (Germany).
