Madrid’s weekly world music series, World Music Saturdays at Colonial, presents Jerez-Texas on February 9. Jerez-Texas is formed by three musicians from varied backgrounds, from Spain and France, who got together in 2002 in Valencia, combining their interests and experiences collected during years of career: jazz, flamenco and classical music, sifted by the Mediterranean feeling from the land where this project was born. After two albums, Saó and Patchwork, and hundreds of concerts, they will perform at Colonial with singer Ester Andújar.

Line-up: Ricardo Esteve (flamenco guitar), Matthieu Saglio (cello), Jesús Gimeno (drumms and cajón), Ester Andújar (vocals).
