Joel Zoss performs his haunting mix of ballads, reggae and blues. He has played with a long list of artists including James Taylor, Bonnie Raitt, Taj Mahal, Howling Wolf, and more. He has earned two gold records, and since 1994 Joel has been the annual recipient of a Special Music Award from ASCAP. He is currently recording an album of new songs produced by June Millington, leader of the legendary group Fanny.

visionary songs. A virtuoso on guitar and bass, his use of progressive rhythms and his intensely personal approach to songwriting have been compared to the work of Caetano Veloso and Joao Gilberto, Steve Earle and Neil Young.
