Xiberoko kantüak

San Sebastian, Spain – Xiberoko kantüak (Elkar, 2004) is a careful selection of original historic recordings of traditional songs from Zuberoa (a province in France’s Basque Country), sang “a cappella” by the best Zuberoan voices from the 20th century. These recordings were made from the 1950s by Ximun Haran, and released by Ximun Haran himself in vinyl format as part of the collection “Club du Disque Basque.”
