Martha Gonz?lez is a singer-songwriter, musician and ethnomusicologist. For ten years, Gonz?lez has been the
lead vocalist, percussionist and driving songwriter for the Los Angeles-based
roots-rock band,
Quetzal.
As an independent songwriter, she has written for numerous local urban and national acts in the soul, world and Latin arena, including Los Lobos, Los Super Seven, Ozomatli, Latin Playboys, Rick Trevino; plus Teatro Campesino?s play, ?Virgen de Tepeyac? and HBO?s Dirt. |
