Genticorum Will Be Touring the United States to Promote Upcoming Album La Bibournoise

Canadian band Genticorum  will be touring the United States in January of 2009 to support its new recording, titled La Bibournoise . Like old world storytellers, Genticorum spins Quebecois tales of mischief and a few of heartbreak and lament. Though well studied in the Quebecois tradition, they don't take themselves too seriously. This is evident in their unique combination of sounds and storytelling, and a band name that comes from a nonsensical word.
