Electro-Shamanic Group Lulacruza releases Music Video ‘Pensar Bonito’

South American electro-shamanic duo Lulacruza has released a music video titled ‘Pensar Bonito’ directed by La Blogotheque’s French filmmaker Vincent Moon. The video is a teaser to the launch of Lulacruza‘s nine-song visual album album Esperando El Tsunami scheduled for release in March. The new music album, Orcas, will be available in April.

Esperando el Tsunami is a follow-up to the 2011 documentary film of the same name that follows Lulacruza as they perform in ancestral lands throughout Colombia that honor the voices of the country’s diverse landscape.

Lulacruza consists of Alejandra Ortiz from Colombia and Luis Maurette of Argentina. They perform mix shamanic and ritualistic influences with folk and electronic music. Their discography includes Do Pretty! (2006), Soloina (2008), an EP of remixes called Canta (2009), and Circular Tejido (2011).

For the “Pensar Bonito” video, Vincent Moon filmed Lulacruza at a river within Tayrona National Park, Colombia as they collaborated with various mentors and rising Latin American stars, Teto Ocampo and Jimena Angel.

 

 

Lulacruza will be performing at Envision Festival in Costa Rica this February 26-March 1, 2015, followed by a summer tour in the United States.
