Twelfth Day – The Devil Makes Three
The Devil Makes Three (Orange Feather Records) if the title of the new album by Scottish fiddle, harp and vocal duo Twelfth Day.

The two musicians come from opposite ends of Scotland, Orcadian Catriona Price (fiddle and vocals) and Scottish Borders native Esther Swift (harp and vocals) will embark on a supporting UK tour throughout April-June 2014.

Catriona has appeared as a finalist of BBC Scotland’s “Young Traditional Musician of the Year” competition, with the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain on the BBC Proms, and featured solo on the Discovery Channel’s documentary “Titanic: The Aftermath” performing her own music.

Esther has appeared on Welsh channel S4C with her harp quartet, playing two of her own compositions “Clouds” and “Water”, as well as performing on Irish TV with Jimi Goodwin and Cherry Ghost as part of Other Voices Festival.

Twelfth Day have made several appearances on the radio including performing a live session for Radio 3. One of the duo’s earlier recordings “Fare Thee Well” was used in a short film on Channel 4 by the makers of hit show “Skins”.
