Austin’s famed South by Southwest 2009 (SXSW) has invited WOMEX to program a world music stage at the Copa showcase venue for Friday, 20 March. World music artists include Chiwoniso (Zimbabwe), Tita Lima (Brazil), Alash (Russia), Polka Madre (Mexico), Choc Quib Town (Colombia) and one more artist still to be confirmed.
