London, UK – The song for autism, ‘Open Every Door,’ currently causing a sensation in the music world has been featured on a soundtrack to a film on autism, titled ‘Autism Action’ on You Tube.
‘Autism Action’ is an appeal to the British Prime Minister Gordon Brown from the Autism Awareness Campaign UK. Autism campaigners are urging Gordon Brown to launch a national strategy on autism and a 10 year plan of action on autism and Asperger’s Syndrome in the UK.The ‘Autism Action’ film on youtube features the cover version of ‘Open Every Door’ sung by British musician Rozagy. She has Asperger’s Syndrome. Rozagy is the latest musical find from the United Kingdom. Her version of ‘Open Every Door’ has caused a great deal of excitement. The film also features the version by Sri Lanka born singer/song writer Nimal Mendis. ‘Open Every Door’ is a Nimal Mendis composition. The song created history as it is the first song for autism written by a South Asian singer/songwriter.
Copies of ‘Open Every Door’ have been presented to Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Leader of the Opposition David Cameron and Leader of the Liberal Democrats Sir Menzies Campbell in the United Kingdom.
