Habana Blues Major Hit at Latin American Film Festival

Los Angeles (California), USA – Goldmark Industries, Inc. announced that its recent screening of award winner, Habana Blues, was a major success at the exclusive Latin American Film Festival in Champaign, Illinois, which ran from February 23rd to March 1st. The film, which was released by Warner Home Video International, is now in even higher demand, and audiences are searching for the sizzling soundtrack that set the screens ablaze. The film by Spanish director Benito Zambrano describes the urban and emergent music from the Cuban underground scene.
 
 University Associate Director at the Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies, Angelina Cotler exclaimed, “Our film festival has been a great success. Everybody loved Habana Blues and many people are looking for the soundtrack.” The film was a success regardless of age or ethnic background. The film’s connectable quality and vibrancy has caused an outburst of requests from festivals across the nation.Coming up around the corner, Goldmark will be screening the film at the 14th San Diego Latino Film Festival, which runs from March 8 to March 18. Following soon after, is the VIII Latin American Film Festival, running from April 27 to May 13th.
