WOMEX Sevilla 2006 Breaks Registration Record

Berlin, Germany – Andy Palacio will be the biggest in its 12-year history. “WOMEXicans obviously approve of our return to glorious Spain,” said a WOMEX spokesperson. “Registrations are already over 2300, and that’s before the usual last-minute additions. That’s over 15% higher than this time last year.” WOMEX Sevilla 2006 will be held 25-19 October at the Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos FIBES in Sevilla.

The Trade Fair also sold out faster than any other to date. There are over 400 exhibitors in 240 trade fair stands. “In fact, next year we’re going to be opening up a second trade fair hall to accommodate all the exhibitor’s we had to turn away this year…WOMEX 2006 is the place to get world music media business done. Hotels are still available.”
